Which deposit methods are available?
Visa / Mastercard, iDEAL, Skrill / Neteller, Paysafecard, bank transfer and crypto (BTC, ETH, LTC, USDT).
What is the minimum deposit?
€20, for every method. The fifth bonus deposit needs €40.
What is the minimum withdrawal?
€40.
How long does a withdrawal take?
We review it within 2 business days at most. After approval the payment method sets the pace; crypto follows blockchain confirmations.
What are the withdrawal limits?
€20,000 per week and €50,000 per month for non-jackpot wins. Jackpot wins are not capped.
Why must I wager deposits before withdrawing?
Funds must be wagered at least three times before a withdrawal. It is an anti-money-laundering rule.
Are there card limits?
Cards allow 10 transactions a day and 40 a month, up to €10,000 a day and €15,000 a month per card. Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard and Maestro are accepted.
What if my withdrawal is higher than the method's limit?
It is paid in instalments. A higher VIP level raises your personal cap.
