How do I register?
Open the site, press register, enter your email and a password, fill in your details, confirm 18+ and accept the terms. It takes about two minutes.
Which documents does verification need?
A government photo ID (both sides where applicable), a selfie holding the document and a bank statement or utility bill from the last three months. The name must match everywhere.
When should I verify?
Right after registering. Verification is required before every withdrawal and can take a few days.
Can I have more than one account?
No. One account per person. Several accounts on the same name, device or payment method are closed without warning.
I forgot my password. What now?
Use the reset link on the login page. It goes to your registered email.
Is there an app?
It is a PWA: on iOS use Safari, Share, Add to Home Screen; on Android Chrome shows an install prompt or use the menu. It does not work from a private window.
